This course is designed to improve self-esteem and confidence. This program will include stretching, conditioning, and breathing techniques. Learn blocking, striking specific target areas, escapes, falling and introduction to grappling defense techniques. Please bring water and a towel.
Camp is Monday through Friday, week of June 10. One hour class breakdown is as follows:
