The City of Modesto's Parks and Recreation Department has recently added Aqua Camp to its summertime fun line-up!
Aqua Camp is for children aged 6 to 14 and includes water games, a bit of swim instruction, diving contests and a daily arts and crafts session. After lunch each day, campers have a chunk of time to hang out in the pool and play.
Camp fee is $75 and includes a daily snack and the material cost for arts and crafts activities. Camp is held at the Johansen Pool. Register in person at the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department office, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 4400, or online.
