The Bad to the Bonz Boxing Club partners with Modesto Police Activities League to offer children aged 4 and up a place to learn how to channel energy into healthy competition, as well as stressing boxing fundamentals, self-defense, and nutrition.

While there are classes and camps for all ages, the Junior's Boxing Class is designed specifically for students age 4 to 8.  The low intensity class focuses on the basics of boxing through defense drills and bag drills; developing balance and hand and eye coordination; and emphasizing respect for others while maintaining a strong character.  Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 3-3:45pm.

Future ring super stars aged 9 and up may enroll in the Elite Boxing Class, which meets Monday through Friday in the evenings and Saturday mornings; or the Coed Aerobic Boxing Class, also meeting in the evenings, Monday through Friday.  See the schedule for more information.

I've been bringing my son here for about a month now and its been one of the best gyms I've been to. They are very friendly and take the time to work with kids as well as adults. So if you are looking for a good work out and want to learn to box I recommend this boxing club
