2013 is the Year of the Snake. Join The Chinese Cultural Society in the 35th annual Chinese New Year Celebration at the Stockton Civic Auditorium. There will be children's workshops and activities, as well as genuine Chinese art, clothing, crafts, jewelry and food! Below are just a few of the many performances for the day.
- 10am parade - North El Dorado Street & East Weber Avenue
- 11:30-5:30pm cultural event: Lion Dance, Chinese Martial Arts, Tenor Solo, Instrumental Ensemble, Tai Chi Quang/Sword & Qigong, Xingjan Dance, Tibet Dance, Tai Chi Quang Demonstration, Chinese Dance, Lion Dance spectacular, Tai Chi Sword/Fan, Chinese Opera, Latin Dancers, and Chinese Cultural Dance.
