If you've lived in the Modesto/Ceres area for any more than a couple of holiday seasons, it's likely you've already paid a visit to Ceres' Christmas Tree Lane, located off of Moffet Road. But what you may not know is that there is an annual kick off event at the nearby Smyrna Park to mark the official beginning of the Christmas Tree Lane neighborhood lighting. Games, Performances by local talent, Santa's Village, Face Painting, Free refreshments, Crafts with Kid Time Fitness Company, and Holiday Mail for Heros!
Refreshments, live entertainment and wagon rides are available and at 5:30 the big man himself arrives with the Mrs. Don't forget the camera!
