Held annually on Labor Day weekend, Color the Skies is a hot air balloon festival benefiting Children's Hospital of Central California.
Hot air balloons are inflated and launched very early both mornings, so long as weather cooperates. Expect the balloons to be airborne by 7:00am. Pancake breakfasts are offered from 6 - 8am each morning, so grab breakfast and watch the excitement! ($8 for pancakes, eggs, sausage, juice or milk)
The Patriots Jet Team perform in a special show on Saturday and Bay Area Skydiving Team demonstrate both days. Visit the Color the Skies website for more information on the entertainment schedule.
Huge hot air balloons, tethered hot air balloon rides, bounce houses, kaleidoscope exhibit, and more await!
Admission is free, parking is $5 (enter off Jack Tone Road), and food, rides are additional.

My 1st year attending this event and it will NOT be our last! We had such a great time that we will make it an annual thing! The balloons are so beautiful to watch. AND it's for a wonderful cause!!!!!!!

Great place to take the family. The balloons are so cool to see up close. And the sky diving team is really neat to watch.
