Some call it “Frisbee Golf.” Others call it “Frolf.” Whatever you call it, disc golf is simply one of the best, most inexpensive ways to stay fit and have fun.
Introduce your child to this wonderful sport by registering for Connections Family Center's first annual Disc Golf Academy. Participants will learn the rules of the game, disc golf etiquette and proper throwing technique. The program will also feature several contests and a tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the winner of each event. No equipment or prior experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Disc Golf Academy is open to all children under the age of 18. The Academy will be held at East La Loma Park.
