Gymnastics Unlimited offers four class types:
- the parent & me Tot Class is for children walking to 3 years of age. The once-weekly, 40 minute class develops spatial awareness in a fun, tot-friendly environment. Class participants play on the trampoline, balance beam and tumble and climb through the studio on mats and equipment.
- 3 to 5 year olds will enjoy the weekly 50 minute Kindergym Class. Student to instructor ratio is 6:1 in this co-ed class which emphasizes the fundamentals of gymnastics. Students utilize all the fun and functional equipment in the studio.
- Pre-Progressive Class is a 60 minute class for 5 to 7 year olds; boys and girls are divided at this point, as gymnastic events differ for the sexes. Class begins with warm-up, 2 to 3 gymnastic events are explored,
- Children 8 and up are enrolled in the Progressive Class. Curriculum mirrors that of the Pre-Progressive class, however children practice only with other students their own age. 6 levels of this class are available to girls, 7 levels to boys.
Competitive and Exhibition Teams and private lessons are also available.
Party packages are based on 12 guests attending, and vary in price based on amount of time in the gym, and whether decorations are supplied by Gymnastics Unlimited. Discounts are given to members of Gymnastics Unlimited. Themed parties are available at an additional cost, as are party favors. My daughter has been taking gymnastics since she was 15 months. We put her in it cause she was a super careful baby. She would not jump with both feet off the ground till she was almost 2 1/2. We were hoping this would build her confidence in what she could physically do. It has helped alot. She loves going ever week and loves her instructor Miss Denise to pieces.
