Merced will hold its 16th annual MLK Celebration and March on Monday, January 17.
The march, which begins at the Amtrak station, will be led by grand marshals. Following the march, a multi-cultural celebration will be held at the Merced County Fairgrounds. In celebration of the life of Reverend Martin Luther King, community youth groups, choirs, speakers and schoolchildren will entertain.
