The Modesto Nuts games are fun, fun, fun for baseball fans. Besides watching a pretty good game up close and personal, fans are entertained by the zany antics of the two Nuts mascots, Wally and Al.

There is a real family atmosphere in the ball park. Kids are always the ones to yell out "Play Ball!" at the start of the game, and during the nine innings of baseball kids usually steal the show on the big screen, winning prizes for great smiles, loud cheering and more.

Tickets are really reasonable... Going to a Nuts game is often cheaper than going to a movie. However, food is a little pricey here, and because no outside food or drink is allowed, the management has created a captive audience.

A giant inflatable slide, a speed pitching tent and a bounce house are always set up for additional fun, but those activities do require the purchase of a $5 wristband to access.
