The Modesto Patriots Youth Football and Cheer offer programs for local youth ages 6-14. The mission of the Modesto Patriots is "'To promote sportsmanship using the disciplines of the game." Registration can be done online or in person @ RoundTable on McHenry in the Wal-mart shopping center. You will need a copy of your child's birth certificate, Medical ID card, and a current report card when registering.
