Make Memorial Day even more memorable by attending the San Ramon Art & Wind Fest.  The annual festival is comprised of over 200 arts & crafts booths, three stages of entertainment, children's activities, kite making workshops and a hot air balloon launch.

Children's activities (crafts, kite making and inflatables) are inside and just outside of the Community Center, located at the corner of Bollinger Canyon Road and Alcosta Boulevard.  Kite making workshops are scheduled for 12:30, 1:30 and 4pm.  Interactive games are in the tennis courts and rides are in the back parking lot.

At dawn on Monday morning only, about six hot air balloons will be launched.  Pilots begin setting up at 5:30am, and the balloons are launched between 6 and 7:30am.  After the balloons have cleared, hang gliders take to the skies. The best parking for this event is at and near Iron Horse Middle School, located at 12601 Alcosta Boulevard.  (This is at the northeast corner of Central Park.)
