RECREATIONAL LEAGUE PLAY

The TYSA's recreational league is available for players aged 4 to 17, and league placement is based on the age of player on July 31st of each play year.  Season runs from September to November, with games on Saturdays, and one to three practices per week.  

Registration begins in late spring and can be done by mail, online, or walk-in.  Visit the TYSA website for more information.  

Cost per player is $85-$105, and unfortunately, no discount is given to families with multiple players.

COMPETITIVE LEAGUE PLAY

TYSA's competitive league is sometimes called Division 1 or Travel Ball.  Try-outs are required and competition is stiff.  Players and their families must be willing to travel for tournament play — sometimes even out of state — and devote a serious chunk of time to the sport, as the Division 1 team is a year-round play schedule.
