The family-owned and operated Milnes Road Christmas tree farm is the only choose-n-cut farm in Modesto. Kids Inc. is owned and operated by the Delfino Family Business in Apple Hill. The ranch features; Kids Inc. Pie Shop, The Hill Grill, apple orchards, a pumpkin patch, gift shop, a Christmas Tree farm, corn maze, family animals, nature trail and lots of lawn for running around.
