Pastry Chef Dawnelle will instruct children aged 5 - 12 how to decorate holiday cookies at this fun, 90 minute cooking class to be held at Greens Market.
Register early. Space is limited to 15 students per session, with two sessions available. Fee includes instruction and a dozen cookies to take home to enjoy.

Learn to make fondant or icing to decorate cakes and cookies. For the final project students will make a Harry Potter or Princess Castle cake using cupcakes, ice cream cones, cardboard rolls and other items. Learn how fossils are made with this hands on excavation. Budding paleontologists will uncover genuine shark teeth, petrified wood, crinoid stems, brachiopods and lots more during this real live fossil dig. Earth science has never been more fun!
