Each summer, the Juline School of Dance faculty organizes a highly-attended dance and art camp. This typically takes place during the third week of June (June 17 - 21, 2013), and is available to ages 4 to 10. Art and More Camp has 6 years experience providing private and group art lessons, parent and child art experiences, horseback riding lessons for children and adults, and birthday parties. The Chartreuse Muse is a gallery and art school offering a broad range of art curriculum. Art instruction is available for preschoolers to adult. Material costs are generally covered by tuition fees.

Art and More will be offering several Holiday Gift Workshops over the holiday season. Workshops are open to children 5 years and older, however ages 3-4 may attend with an adult helper and with prior permission. Reservations are required.

The First Tee program is a non-profit group that teaches life skills to children through the game of golf. While learning the fundamentals of golf, children aged 5-17 will also learn core values such as: honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgement.
The First Tee of Modesto usually holds three 9 week sessions at Modesto Municipal Golf Course throughout the year.
